S-2.1 Sale. You agree that customers will fulfill their obligations to you for your transactions when we receive the proceeds of the sale. When implementing customer service, you always present yourself as a separate entity from us. We reimburse these costs for claims totalling less than $US 10,000, unless the arbitrator finds that the claims are frivolous. Similarly, we will not charge attorneys` fees and expenses in arbitration proceedings unless the arbitrator finds that the claims are frivolous. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, on the basis of written deposits or in person in the country where you live or in another mutually agreed place. You and we agree that all dispute resolution proceedings will only be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, class or representative action. .
